Come stay in #8 Cedar lane. Be it spring or summer, Sunriver is a beautiful place to visit and our home is a wonderful place to enjoy your stay. Information on making a Reservation and Additional Information is covered below.


Reservations
To Make a Reservation
  • Ensure availability by calling or sending an e-mail (use Contact Us link on the left).
  • Confirm reservation by mailing:
    • Half of total rental payment
  • Mail at least 30 days before arrival date:
    • 8% county and state room tax
    • Refundable security deposit ($200) – Separate check to be returned within two weeks after stay if house is left in acceptable condition
    • Cleaning fee ($100)
Cancellation Policy
  • When the cancellation is made 30 days or more before scheduled arrival:
    • Full refund minus $25 processing fee
  • Less than 30 days before scheduled arrival:
    • If re-rented for same number of days, a full refund will be made minus a $50 processing fee
    • If not re-rented, the amount paid will be credited towards a new reservation within one year of original reservation (new reservation subject to current rental rates and minimum stay requirements depending on time of year)

Additional Information

Maximum Number of Guest
  • #8 Cedar Lane is registered with Deschutes County for a maximum occupancy of 12 guests
  • Children under five years of age are not included in that number
Pets
  • We welcome well-behaved pets who are house broken and over a year or two old - pass the puppy stage
  • Pets must be approved in advance and are limited to two animals per reservation
  • We charge $10 a day per pet up to a maximum of $50 per pet for an entire reservation
Smoking
  • Many of our guests are inconvenienced by the smell of smoke – smoking is not allowed in the house or garage
  • You will be charged for our cost to remove smoke odor from the house if you smoke inside
  • Fire is always a hazard in the forest; dispose of cigarettes, cigars and ashes in the ash can located in the garage
Parking
  • Our driveway will accommodate four to six autos, but the neighbors would appreciate it if you minimize the number of autos you bring by carpooling; one of the great joys of Sunriver is using the bike paths instead of cars
  • Parking is not allowed on streets in Sunriver
  • Short-term storage is available from the Sunriver Owners Association (541-593-2411) for RVs, boats and all kinds of trailers
